In our family, the art of homebuilding runs deep. Denis’s father, Russel Fallon, spent his career with Kitchell Construction, and his son, Jacob, has worked hard as a residential builder as well. We launched Construction Works after completing our own dream home in Scottsdale. Our home represents our shared vision and home building strengths. It showcases the cabinetry, molding and many finishes Denis’s company, Door Works, is known for. Our process is driven by our amazing team and dedicated industry partners.

In 1997, Fallon founded Door Works, a full-service wood products manufacturer specializing in high-end custom doors, moulding, trim, wall and ceiling treatments. Denis’s commitment to meeting the expectations of the Phoenix area’s top architects, designers and builders has helped him build a broad base of loyal Door Works clients. His experience managing complex projects and access to reliable, skilled professionals and materials has been invaluable in laying the foundation at Construction Works.

Jane Mayer brings a trained design eye and business acumen to the table as a former television producer, wellness center entrepreneur and, currently, trending pastry chef and owner of Sweet Jane Pie.

A licensed contractor, JT is a third-generation Scottsdale native and follows in his father's and grandfather's footsteps. He brings years of experience working in the field of residential building and construction.
